What you will do:
You will be part of the team of Global Support, by providing remote technical support to customers and partners who use Anjana Data Platform.
You will work closely with the Customer Success, Product, IT and Operations, We can help resolve technical issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Technical customer support
- Attending to incidents and technical queries from customers using ticketing tools.
- Analyse technical problems and provide solutions or escalate them where necessary.
Technical diagnosis
- Analyse system and service logs to identify potential problems.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team in the resolution of more complex incidents where the full context of the customer is required.
Knowledge management
- Document technical solutions and procedures to improve the internal knowledge base.
- Help improve troubleshooting guides and technical documentation.
Continuous improvement
- Detect patterns of recurring incidents and propose improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes through automation or automation-based tools. Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.

- Plan, prioritise and coordinate operational actions with customers and partners based on requests managed by the Customer Success team.

- Contribute to the organisation and scalability of the support and operations area as the team grows.
Implementation and infrastructure
- Planning and implementation installations and deployments of the platform in Linux on-premise and cloud environments.
- Perform upgrades and migrations systems to ensure that the infrastructure is always optimised and up to date.
- Collaborate in the configuration of cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.
Incident resolution
- Diagnose and correct complex errors, analysing system and service logs to find the root cause.
- Manage incidents by means of ticketing tools, correctly documenting the interventions carried out.
- Provide technical support to Customer Success teams to resolve customer and partner queries.
Infrastructure and security
- Intervene in the configuration of networks and SSL certificates in new implementations or corrections.
