What you will do:

You will be part of the Customer Success area, playing a key role in managing customer relationships and maximising the value they get from the Anjana Data Platform.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the Business area teams (Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales and Partners) and also with the other areas of the company (Administration, Support and Operations, Product and IT), ensuring platform adoption, customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

Customer and relationship management

  • Act as the main point of contact with customers once the solution has been acquired or during PoCs.
  • Manage the overall customer relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption and evolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the customer: organisation, use cases, architecture and functional context.

Onboarding and implementation

  • Coordinate customer onboarding together with Operations and ensure the success of the implementation plan.
  • Align expectations between client and internal teams throughout the process.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from the commercial to the operational phase.

Value tracking and adoption

  • Define together with the client the success objectives and KPIs associated with the use of the platform.
  • Regular monitoring of the value provided and level of adoption.
  • Identify risks of misalignment or low adoption and activate action plans.

Internal coordination

  • Act as internal orchestrator of all initiatives associated with the account.
  • Coordinate with Operations the planning of technical actions without directly managing the execution.
  • Follow up on support tickets ensuring their correct resolution and communication to the customer.

Service and contract management

  • Manage processes for contracting, renewing and extending services.
  • Controlling the use of time and professional services exchanges.
  • Ensure transparency with the customer on estimates, consumption and availability.

Growth and opportunities

  • Detect upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Propose new initiatives aligned with the client's strategy.
  • Share success stories and relevant product news.

Knowledge and continuous improvement

  • Gather functional feedback from the customer and channel it to Product and other teams.
  • Participate in demos, workshops and training sessions.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting or similar roles in a B2B environment.

Knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrable real-world experience in Data Management & AI initiatives, performing both consulting and design activities as well as implementation of specific frameworks and technologies.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, frameworks and regulations in the field of Data & IA (ISO, UNE, DAMA, Data Act, Data Governance Act, AI Act, ...).

You will work closely with the Customer Success, Product, IT and Operations, We can help resolve technical issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

Technical customer support
  • Attending to incidents and technical queries from customers using ticketing tools.
  • Analyse technical problems and provide solutions or escalate them where necessary.
Technical diagnosis
  • Analyse system and service logs to identify potential problems.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team in the resolution of more complex incidents where the full context of the customer is required.
Knowledge management
  • Document technical solutions and procedures to improve the internal knowledge base.
  • Help improve troubleshooting guides and technical documentation.
Continuous improvement
  • Detect patterns of recurring incidents and propose improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve support processes through automation or automation-based tools. Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
