Anjana Data presents its new Customer Portal

From Anjana Data we continue to work to offer our clients a renewed space where they can have all the information and documentation they need. related to the most innovative and disruptive Data Governance solution on the market. And today, at last, we can announce the availability of the new Customer Portal.
This new information area contains all the technical documentation necessary for the correct implementation of the solution. Among this documentation, we can find the Release Notes, the user guides and manuals, the configuration and technical, the Installation, Operation and Administration, the architecture and its technologies, connectors and integrations (plugins, agents, ...) and APIs, SDKs and extensibility artefacts.
In addition, it also contains functional resources, the support tool Anjana Data (Help Service Desk), restricted value-added content (use cases, webinars and whitepapers) and specific information from partners ecosystem (products, services, promotions and news).
All the information on the Customer Portal is classified into three categories: Product, Functional resources y Partners. Each of these categories classifies its information according to version and usability. The purpose of creating our own portal for our clients is to offer them a quick and easy experience of access to the functional and technical information of Anjana Data as a solution for Data Governance.
In order to access this new information platform, customers must request access, by e-mail, to the department of Customer & Partners Success by Anjana Data. The details to be included in the application email are: name, surname, e-mail address and organisation to which they belong. During the following 24 hours, The customer will receive an e-mail from you with your username and password to gain free access to the Customer Portal.
