Description:

We are a scale-up born in mid 2019 oriented to develop and sell our own B2B SaaS software product to help organizations with their data strategy. Anjana Data is the most innovative Data Governance & Analytics Platform on the market for the implementation of flexible governance aiming to succeed in the digital era, regardless of the functional and technical architecture.

After consolidating in our market and raising an important round of funding, we are starting our expansion and growth at international level for which we want to increase our Presales team within the Customer Success area. For this team, we are looking for dynamic people with initiative, passion for innovation, energy and desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally in an entrepreneurial and constantly evolving environment.

But Anjana Data is not only a Data Governance & Analytics tool, it is the implementation of a philosophy as a result of extensive experience in data related projects and that is why we are looking for people who share our vision and who want to join this adventure to bring value to our customers through our Platform thanks to their experience and knowledge in the world of Data Management.

 

What you will do:

  • You will be part of the Presales team within the Customer Success area and will be responsible for managing your own accounts, directly leading the relationship in opportunities with both customers and partners to ensure the achievement of success cases thanks to the implementation of Anjana Data.
  • You will collaborate with the Commercial and Business Development areas for the attention of opportunities and development of pre-sales activities of our platform as well as with the Product Strategy team to translate customer and market needs to the Product Roadmap.
  • You will participate directly in the analysis and response to tenders, RFPs, RFPs, RFIs, …, writing, presenting and defending proposals for implementation and use of Anjana Data.
  • You will perform the design, preparation and development of different use cases performing the functional and technical configuration of Anjana Data environments, both internal and for customers and partners.
  • You will manage PoCs and customer deployments, coordinating the corresponding tasks and activities with the Global Support team as well as with the customer’s teams and those of our integration partners.
  • You will prepare and conduct training and functionality review workshops with customers and partners.
  • You will manage the relationship with customers under your responsibility, being their main point of contact with Anjana Data, manage their licenses and participate as N2 support in their initiatives of implementation and use of our platform.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with GEN Anjana (video) and eager to bring value to our clients hand in hand with one of the most innovative and disruptive solutions in Data & Analytics Governance.
  • You have deep knowledge and proven experience in different areas of Data Management, including frameworks, methodologies and tools.
  • You have participated in Data Governance initiatives where strategies, operational models, roles, data domains, policies, procedures, metamodels, taxonomies, … have been defined.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and high level of oral and written English is a must.
  • It in’t a prerequisite but experience in a consulting company or software development and/or distribution/marketing company performing similar pre-sales functions will be an asset.

What you will do:

  • You will be part of the Global Support team within the Customer Success area and you will be in charge of carrying out the attention to customers and partners through the support portal.
  • You will be the first contact for the attention of our customers and partners on issues related to the use of our platform, attending them first hand or redirecting them to the appropriate person.
  • You will accompany and intervene in the client’s infrastructure for the correct deployment and configuration of the platform.
  • You will raise incidents arising from the platform and follow up on them.
  • You will advise and guide the customer on best practices to ensure a satisfactory experience with the platform.
  • You will acquire new competencies in state-of-the-art technologies as your knowledge and skills develop:
    • Business flows with Activiti and BPMN2.0
    • Microservices deployment with Ansible and Kubernetes
    • Cloud Technologies (GCP, AWS, MS Azure)
    • Authentication protocols (LDAP, OKTA, Oauth2, …)
    • Postgres, Solr and FileSystems Backup Management
    • Policy management in MinIO-like document repositories

 

What we are looking for:

  • You have a predisposition to work in changing environments and customer and partner service, you are a decisive, organized person with excellent communication skills.

    • Functional and technical analysis of software incidents.
    • SQL and Database management.

    • Knowledge of TCP/IP and SSH network connectivity.

What you will do:

  • You’ll be part of the Internal Systems team within the IT area which is responsible for the provisioning, management, operation and maintenance of all the company’s internal infrastructure, as well as both PoC and productive SaaS instances.
  • You’ll provide technical support to the Development and QA teams for the development and testing of integrations with third party technologies.
  • You’ll participate in the monitoring of the internal infrastructure and its consumption.
  • You’ll work in a distributed multi-cloud environment, using tools and platforms for monitoring, automatic deployment, continuous integration, automatic provisioning as code and security.
  • You’ll acquire new competencies in next-generation technologies as your knowledge and skills develop:
    • Cloud Management (Azure/AWS/GCP)
